Thanks for taking the time to view my work. I started painting, photography, and making collage in the early 70s but decided to concentrate on playing music in the mid 80s. In the past year I decided to pick up art activity again and begin to show my work to the public. For me, art and music are at the core of my spiritual life - and I see works of art as physical (or aural) objects capable of transmitting universals truths (assuming, of course, that they are done correctly!). Form in art is analogous to mathematics in science - it is the means that allow an artist to resonate with and create metaphors for the universal structural matrix we experience as reality and life. I am currently incorporating concepts of the golden ratio, golden polygons, and fractal geometry into all the visual media I work with.

The above are some collages from the early 80s...from the top...
1979 "Maidenform Three Mile Island", collage, 8"x10"
1978 "Red Army Cotillion", 8"x10"
1981 "The Long March Anniversary", collage triptych, 3x (8"x10")
and here is some recent work exploring golden rectangles...
